Wrongfully suspended

So, I tried to change my profile picture yesterday, it was a picture of hasbulla holding a gun that’s clearly larger than him and that he clearly couldn’t wield. It’s a funny picture.. anyway I tried to upload it and it said you guys were making sure it wasn’t harmful to anyone else basically before it would let me change it. So I thought, okay, cool, they might deny it because there is a gun in the photo. Which is cool, I get it if it’s not allowed to be uploaded then I can always find a new picture. But why did I get on this morning and it says that my account was suspended for 3-4 days all because of that photo that you guys denied (so it never was seen by anyone other than the team at Xbox). So if nobody else saw the picture and it wasn’t a harmful picture and you guys denied it… Why in the hell did you suspend my account as well? I already sent the team a message letting them know how I feel about it.. I’m just wondering if I have to worry about my account getting suspended everytime I try to change my profile picture. Because if that is the case. I’m gonna be sure to let everyone who wants an Xbox know just what they’re dealing with.. never had this problem out of PlayStation and honestly it’s ****. If it never was uploaded then I never technically violated any terms so you guys just wrongfully suspended my account. It needs to be resolved soon. Thanks.

I've been wrongfully suspended as well with no way to dispute it or contact the enforcement team to make them aware of this issue

Update: I have found out I have been banned for marketplace theft. Really?? Please put in a link on players’ homepages to where there are more details about this.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. A case review would be the only way to contact them. If a case review is not available, then all you can do is wait it out.

I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for more information regarding Bans/Suspensions. If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
