Wrongfully suspended?

So today I am happily playing PVP in Destiny 2 and wasn't performing all that brilliantly. Some random guy in my team (!!) who felt that I was being really bad, felt the need to reach out and told me that I should uninstall the game as I was never going
to become good.

I asked him if he liked being toxic for fun and putting people down, also told him to have fun being reported.

Next thing I know, I'm being suspended?

How is this possible?? Are we now congratulating the toxic people who take enjoyment out of putting people down and making them feel bad by suspending those who defend themselves?

EDIT: For some reason my suspension has just been lifted. No clue why, I haven't receivied any communication from Xbox. Thanks again for your support though!

I've been wrongfully suspended as well with no way to dispute it or contact the enforcement team to make them aware of this issue

Update: I have found out I have been banned for marketplace theft. Really?? Please put in a link on players’ homepages to where there are more details about this.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. A case review would be the only way to contact them. If a case review is not available, then all you can do is wait it out.

I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for more information regarding Bans/Suspensions. If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

The absolute best way to deal with those people is to not respond, block, and report. They just try to find any excuse to get you riled up and send a nastygram back.
