I have been wrongfully accused of marketplace theft when i have done absolutely nothing of the sort and i am not being given any more information on what i have done wrong. This situation is very strange because my xbox was not even
in use weeks before my suspension. I have applied for a case review but i am still suspended. This is ridiculous i have been a member of xbox live for 10 years along with my family and have spent THOUSANDS in microsoft. I dont care that the suspension is only
a week long, it is not a true accusation and for that you have lost me and my family's business for good.

Wrongfully suspended

You should have reported that person or block him from the start before retaliating. That behaviour counts as harassment and is subject to enforcement acts. A suspension is decided only after an investigation from XBLPET so spam reporting doesn't affects
your enforcement.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. A case review would be the only way to contact them. If a case review is not available, then all you can do is wait it out.

I don't think you fully understand what marketplaces theft is

There is two conditions for.it to occur

Asking for more then one refund per year and pet notices an pattern either thru support or charge backs either by you or your Bank

If thru your bank you must work with your bank to approve ms as a merchant

Repeated same transactions can force a charge back if you don't answer your banks query

The proper way of doing a refund is tough thru support not thru your bank your bank will tell you this

Any charge back without the merchants approval hence why the bank asks you to work with them

Can incur whatever punishment the merchant decides to get their money back and yes its legal

Charge backs are meant as a last resort or fraud prevention

Also sharing your games with people you don't know can incur marketplace theft last I checked it's a 100 day purchase suspensikn you do get it.back

I've been wrongfully suspended as well with no way to dispute it or contact the enforcement team to make them aware of this issue

Update: I have found out I have been banned for marketplace theft. Really?? Please put in a link on players’ homepages to where there are more details about this.
