Wrongfully suspended on Xbox Live for Communication

Hello, this is specifically directed towards the enforcement team since there is no phone number or email or chat to use to contact. Anyways I have been wrongfully accused for communication because a guy was so angry that I teabagged him and kept harassing
me , but instead of the actual profanity word he sent to me. He used *** (stars) and once I responded back, I used an actual profanity word with no stars and he reported me. I am not going to lie here, but I shouldn't have used profanity and I could've avoided
the whole situation. I guess I did learn my lesson, but in my opinion I feel like he abused the reporting system to get me banned and there is a record on my account for someone who basically abused the reporting system. Please help to get rid of this actionoff

Still communication banned after my suspension is over

I've been waiting for two weeks to play Rainbow 6 with my friends after I was wrongfully suspended from xbox live. Now, I cant do that because my console is communication banned. I have already hard reset my console.

Also should be noted that it doesn't matter who started the fight if you retailiated in a way that violates the terms of use you will be punished

A lot of people on live will try to provoke you into retaliating in an offensive why just to report you so you will be suspended.

Best to just report & block anyone trying this or harassing you over live,don't respond.
