Wrongfully suspended (Linked suspension)

My utterly stupid seven year old brother (Chris Paduraru) got suspended about a month ago from Xbox Live from communicating with others for over 130 days. It has suspended me from that, too, because we share the same Xbox One (But have separate accounts).
If any evidence is needed, here is some (I can't login to microsoft/xbox's site with his account to check his reputation for some reason, but I'm rarely on my Xbox and you can probably check yourself/yourselves. I'm asking for the suspension on my account
to be lifted (not his. he deserved it for bullying/harassing people, including his friends)

I was recently suspended(wrongfully) by a very mean person because he reported however, my suspension ended about a hour ago and I would really appreciate if my enforcement history were cleared and urban didn't show that I wasn't suspended because it isn't

The enforcement team does not use the forums. There is no way to contact them regarding console suspensions.

 

Then what would I do? It's not listed under my account's suspensions and stuff because it's linked through his.

 

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

Console privilege suspensions are issued to prevent someone from doing this which means any account on that console suffers the same punishment as the suspended account.You can thank your little brother for this.

Your profile will work on other devices,not just the suspended console.

Console suspensions do not show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

Reputation has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not.
