Wrongfully suspended, is there no hope?

Recently I was permanently banned on Xbox. I was banned because I sent people fake IP's to scare them when they'd be toxic. of course, these were randomly generated IP's. Xbox thought they were real, so they banned me, but then when i sent an appeal, it was almost instantly denied. I had also not done this in over 2 months, as I don't play online games anymore and it was in bad taste so I just began ignoring them instead. With no warnings and no prior suspensions I have been wrongfully permabanned and lost almost $10000 over the 12 or so years I have used Xbox. Is there anything I can do about this, or have I lost everything over some staff member's mistake?

Real or not, that's not something you should be doing and would violate the code of conduct/terms of service. If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

I've been wrongfully suspended as well with no way to dispute it or contact the enforcement team to make them aware of this issue

Update: I have found out I have been banned for marketplace theft. Really?? Please put in a link on players’ homepages to where there are more details about this.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. A case review would be the only way to contact them. If a case review is not available, then all you can do is wait it out.

I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for more information regarding Bans/Suspensions. If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
