WRONGFULLY SUSPENDED! HELP!

To whomever it may concern. My Xbox live account was suspended apparently due to communication issues on my profile. I would like to clarify, I Kenneth (Gamertag ) work late shifts, and everyone in my household has access to my Xbox while I am
at work. I signed in last night, and discovered a message from the Enforcement Team. I am not thrilled about immediate suspension, I think this system is entirely ludicrous, by not getting both sides before banning someone. It is a horrible system that nobody
enjoys. That aside, I would like to be able to play my games and talk to friends on MY Xbox, without suffering consequences from a family members actions. Thanks.

Wrongfully suspended

You should have reported that person or block him from the start before retaliating. That behaviour counts as harassment and is subject to enforcement acts. A suspension is decided only after an investigation from XBLPET so spam reporting doesn't affects
your enforcement.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. A case review would be the only way to contact them. If a case review is not available, then all you can do is wait it out.

The best step to take in this instance will be to lock your profile so others in your home are not able to use it when you are not around. You are ultimately responsible for anything that happens with your account, you can find more information regarding

I've been wrongfully suspended as well with no way to dispute it or contact the enforcement team to make them aware of this issue

Update: I have found out I have been banned for marketplace theft. Really?? Please put in a link on players’ homepages to where there are more details about this.

to assist with enforcement actions.

I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for more information regarding Bans/Suspensions. If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
