Wrongfully suspended from messaging

I was wrongfully suspended from communications I can still play online but cant communicate to my friends. I've called out griefers for spamming but never used offensive terms or talked down to them I have all my messages saved as proof I want this wiped
from my record. Right after someone claimed I was lag switching I got the ban problem is I've never done so my internet is garbage but that's it.weather that person worked for enforcement or what I dont know but what I do know if I have all the proof I need
to show I have been wrongfully suspended and it needs rectified immediately.

How do I contact Mod's? Message doesnt work

So i was wrongfully permanently suspended and after speaking in Xbox live chat i was given to option to mess\age a mod.

I have messaged 2 and not gotten a reply in 24 hours. Can someone please give me step by step instructions to messaging a mod?

well you can go to https//enforcement.xbox.com to se your suspension and if applicable apply for q case review however you do realize that you arent allowed to retaliate in anyway that violates the terms of use right including greving and it doesn't matter
who starts it.

Best to block and mute and report that's all you are allowed to do

Thanks to you both.

Oddly enough, I have a trash PC and it died during one of the case review questionnaires, and then I got an answer wrong on another so I have to wait 24 hours lol. But I’ll definitely try to do a review and see if this can be lifted.

Has there ever been a successful case review before?

It is also possible that the suspension could have been for a different reason, but since none of us on the forums are part of the enforcement team, we cannot really speculate on the exact reasoning behind your suspension.

Hello There,

Case reviews are a case by case basis. I have seen a few that were overturned, but not many. Basically, when you can fill out and hope for the best. If the message violated the

code of conduct, then most likely that is why you were suspended.

I've seen a few, but they're usually pretty rare. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they received before issuing suspensions so they are not handed out lightly to begin with.
