    At the beginning of this month I had received a suspension for abusive communications, and I had not been allowed to communicate for a day, Not the harshest penalty in the world, but I wanted it corrected. First off, it is practically impossible to reach
    the enforcement team, as almost no one inside Account Support has any idea about how to get in contact with the team. After being reconnected, lied to, asked to simply "go to the enforcement website," I have finally had enough. Not only had I only been playing
    Rocket League without a microphone (Rocket league blocks offensive language as is through text), but I had received messages from players in which I reported. So, had the team made any attempt to cross check their decision, they would have found it to be irresponsible,
    but they are impossible to reach. It is ill advised to punish customers without proper reason and without allowing them to easily challenge the process, because after about 14 years with Microsoft, I am about to close my account. This is my last effort and
    my final time trying this hard to receive an appropriate response from Xbox or the Enforcement team, as I have just been punished again, and have once again no way of reaching anyone about these unjust punishments. Just a couple of days ago I received a new
    message, this time from one of my close friends. It was a picture of what other players see when looking at my account "Avoid Me." Apparently Xbox Live's Enforcement team did so much research that they recommended my reputation be destroyed, even though I
    haven't used my Xbox Mic all year until this past week...literally. I don't know if the enforcement team has any association with Seal Team Six, as it would explain why they are so impossible to reach, but I really do not enjoy giving my money to a company
    that deals punishments without just cause, forces me to play with obnoxious and undesirable players, puts a target on my gamertag when playing any online game and is no where to be found when a customer has a legitimate problem. It seems as though xbox cares
    more about reporting and staying clandestine than customer care and support. This is why I am seriously considering just leaving this negligent company and switching to PS4, but I hope there is someone in this world (hopefully even in the company) that has
    the wherewithall to assist. Thank you ,please end this tradition of customer abuse, and work with the good customers who are only trying to use your product to its entirety and give you their money.

    Wrongfully suspended

    You should have reported that person or block him from the start before retaliating. That behaviour counts as harassment and is subject to enforcement acts. A suspension is decided only after an investigation from XBLPET so spam reporting doesn't affects
    your enforcement.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. A case review would be the only way to contact them. If a case review is not available, then all you can do is wait it out.

    You can find information about how the rep system works and how to improve your rep here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I Rep has nothing to do with suspensions
    so the reports would have been different. Mics are not the only way to communicate over Live.

    The enforcement team does investigate every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct. Since your suspension was only a 24 hour suspension, it would not have been
    eligible for a case review (the only way to contact the enforcement team) because the review would have taken longer than the suspension.

    Playstation has the same rules.

  5. I understand how rep works thank you, had nothing to do with my overall question. My rep has in fact been affected by multiple reports of abuse over live, and yes the only way for me to communicate thru the only two games that I play (Rocket League and Overwatch)
    are via headset or text chat. This was the same reasoning behind the suspension, which I cannot challenge either. So, essentially I am being punished gradually simply for being a customer. I never engaged in any form of abusive chat in any way, and my friends
    have been witness to that. I have continued to get negative feedback and had my rep fall well more than I would have liked, and there is simply no possible way that I have done so. The fact that the enforcement team isn't reachable/ that xbox support can't
    help does not make me want to continue using their service, and Playstation is not the same in the slightest. Their ability to resolve issues has far surpassed anything that I have witnessed on behalf of Microsoft. They actually have ways internally of communication
    with all of their departments, while Microsoft hasn't figured it out yet. I don't know if you do any research at all, but it seems as though quite a few players are having similar issues as me. I understand how the enforcement team is supposed to function,
    that they are always supposed to be correct, but it is simply naive to believe any truth in that argument. If the enforcement team truly did their research, then there is absolutely no way that I would have been given a punishment. It doesn't matter if Xbox
    added the element of telepathy into their forms of comm, I still have not participated in abusive behavior over live. I understand the logic, (The enforcement team is thorough and accurate, my account was suspended by the enforcement team, therefore it was
    justified.) However, both of those premises are incorrect and that is why I am on this forum post. I am not wasting my time defending taboo behavior, I am trying to play Xbox in the way I intend every year when I renew my subscription. I have never had issues
    reputation, suspension or otherwise, and the fact that it is happening now when I barely play games at all is deeply concerning and simply annoying. So, I am posting on here after being instructed by a Microsoft employee to do so. He has had similar issues
    in the past, and claimed he had found a member of the enforcement team on his forum post, and I am trying to do the same. Again, just in case this isn't being received by you, I understand that it will not change my rep, playing more games will, but that solution
    does not peak my interest. Microsoft caused the issue, I expect Microsoft to solve is just like any other responsible company. These issues are more than resolvable, unless they simply do not care... and that is the only reality. If a one day suspension is

    around. If they claim that they have checked for those things, then I am telling you right now that is a lie, just a blatant lie, and it would be irresponsible to entertain the idea in anyway that the enforcement team is always right, always thorough, always
    fair when there MUST be bias, time restraints and other factors that play into poor decision making in literally every job. The only difference is that Microsoft seems to lack necessary oversight capabilities that would be necessary before establishing a team
    like this. So, once again please, if you are a member of the enforcement team AND ONLY MEMBERS OF THE ENFORCEMENT TEAM.....please respond and assist. Thank you.

    basis. There is no shame in admitting wrongdoing and malpractice, but ignoring it and acting like online users such as me are ignorant and incapable is absurd.

    - It appears that you were reported and they found reasonable cause for their decision based on your actions.

    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.
