Wrongfully reported resulting in suspension from communtions

Some one got mad cause I beat them in siege and they reported me and now I have communication suspension is there anyway y'all can help take that off?

Who can I talk to about wrongful enforcement?

who can I call regarding a recent account suspension? I believe someone wrongfully reported me and I cannot dispute.

I was recently suspended(wrongfully) by a very mean person because he reported however, my suspension ended about a hour ago and I would really appreciate if my enforcement history were cleared and urban didn't show that I wasn't suspended because it isn't
causing me a great deal of anxiety. Thank you.

This exact thing just happened to me. On 3/26 at 7:28 P.M. someone reported me for "communication". (I'm assuming they reported me for killing them in siege) I have had no contact with anyone other than my boyfriend, and two of my coworkers. I also know
for a FACT that it wasn't any of them playing a joke on me, or trying to be funny because Xbox sent me an email with the persons email attached to the recipients. So, I got this persons email and he got mine, does Xbox feel okay with sharing that information
with people? I thought Xbox allowed you to have privacy with your own name. Let alone your email. Xbox is getting ridiculously unfair and unsafe. It's not fun anymore.

but it was wrongfully submitted. So people can just report you for anything they want and you get a suspension no matter what?

Modding is not condoned by Microsoft or Rockstar and could result in a suspension from Xbox Live if you are reported.

Hey man I know it is a pain when you get wrongfully banned of temp suspension but if you truly feel you was individually targeted by hate by a group talk to Microsoft support explain the situation and give them a little time to investigate as 50%
they unban because of group bullying reports so please contact them to explain the situation in a calm way and I'm sure you can get this resolved hope this helps

So much of that is wrong.The op was not wrongfully suspended,they have said what they did & it violates the ToU/CoC.

Support are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement so no good contacting them.Suspensions are never reversed due to "group bullying reports".

Op didn't even mention anything about being "group reported"

It takes one valid report for someone to receive enforcement action.

Anyone abusing the report feature risks being suspended themselves.

@thedtb,reputation has nothing to do with enforcement,someone with perfect rep can receive enforcement action.

All the op can do is appeal the suspension via a case review if eligible.

If you reported the other person they will be investigated.You will not be told the result of that investigation so wont know whether that person gets suspended or not,although on very rare occasions you might get a thank you message from the enforcement
team.
