    If there is an Enforcement Officer that finds this message, please hear me out.

    Recently I have had an Enforcement action taken against me for a message I believe was take out of context.

    I have had my communications revoked because of a message that was intended for a player's in game character. I was playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 in the game type Search & Destroy. There was one last person on my team that was alive and he/she was
    camping in our spawn (not playing the objective.) So I messaged the player to "kill yourself" so the next round could start, since I thought that his/her play style was wasting time. That person reported me and now I can't talk to my brother or friends through
    the Christmas break on Xbox Live.

    I understand that the message taken the wrong way is against Xbox live policies, but it wasn't intended for the actual person behind the controller. Please, if any Enforcement team member sees this, please take my case into reconsideration. I'd like to
    play some games with my brother on Christmas and be able to talk with him.

    Xbox update caused RROD / screen glitch. Will cost me to get it fixed.

    remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.

    Sorry for any confusion,

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums anymore. They used to at one time, but now operate and communicate through the Case Review process. So if you've filed a Case Review and it was upheld, there's nothing that can be done.

    I've already had a case review that was denied. The Xbox Live Help Online chat referred me to the forums. She said that they are monitored by the enforcement team so that this would be my best chance for reconsideration.
