wrongfully banned

Ive been console banned but i never got a email saying i was or a reason can u guys please check if this ban is suppose too be here please

I hope somebody can help me! There has been a huge misunderstanding!

I am so upset and frustrated! I received Compensation from an Agent and i was wrongfully banned!

My account was Banned it is Jew Wanna Penny.

I think i was wrongfully banned because of a hacked game i accidentally joined

 

i can join partys and sign in but cant talk but can hear

i know im banned but i was told since i havent received a email or notification of my console its a mess up i told em i can sign in and join into partys they told me dosent sound right btw they are two support agents i dont think im suppose too be banned
ive did stuff in the past but i havent did anything too recive this ban look thru messages clips anything

 

also im clean on this acc its my other account "Savaxge" that i think is caused it ive been banned in the pass but i have not done anything wrong on my xbox u can see the messages clean since my last ban like 6/7/17 was the day i got unbanned i can show
messages they have no profound language and i dont go too game chat anymore im clean i dont deserve it at all, i changed.... but im still getting banned and console bans... u can ban the account even know its clean but can i please just play its summer i have
a little sister who enjoys grand thef auto and cant play

 

if this is an account ban then it is specific to that account.

If this is a device ban (console ban) then it will apply to the console and any account that tries to log in on that console.

All Xbox Live device bans are permanent. However, some Code of Conduct violations that don’t rise to the level of a device ban can instead result in the temporary loss of specific Xbox One or Xbox on Windows device privileges. When this occurs, the device
can still connect to Xbox Live, but certain functionality (such as communications or online multiplayer) will be restricted for a particular duration.

I suggest that you go to enforcement.xbox.com and review everything there for the account in question. you can also do a console check.

Enforcement does not use the forums and can only be contacted through the case review process.

 

You can keep the account. Savaxge im only needing my console like i said i havent done anything wrong and my console gets suspended i have not recived a email or text about console so can u look over all the stuff i got banned early may from talking till
6/8 so start there look at clips messages everything i havent done anything against code of conduct

 

I shouldnt be console banned i did nothing wrong after looking at links my acc has bans from the past but this time it cant be right regularly if i was banned i accepted the punishment but this time i have not did one thing wrong after my last ban ended 6/8
its all clean please just let the enforcement team know u guys keep sending same links theres no way for me too review console bans please enforcement team double check this console ban
