    I have been banned for over 2 months and I need my account to play all my games on, I have over $600 worth of digital games. My friend was on my account one night and he messaged my friend as a joke and my account had history of being banned but I had not
    been banned in like 6 months and I never messaged people anymore. I guess xbox got a hold of the message and perma banned my account. I'm finally making this ticket and trying to get it unbanned and need help badly. My gamertag on the account is: Goohnin.

    I am so upset and frustrated! I received Compensation from an Agent and i was wrongfully banned!

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you already submitted a review you would need to wait for their response. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

    Xbox update caused RROD / screen glitch. Will cost me to get it fixed.

    remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.
