Wrongfully banned

Hi yeah I was banned on the 27th for comunication giving a scammer a hard time. Until the 13th ofofarch So that day I gots a suspension for chat. So how can i talk to people if i am banned. So tonight at 2.50 am on the3rd of March I apparently was harrassing
someone while being banned. And got banned again from multiplayer. This time for harassment witch is **** and a bunch of **** because I'm already banned so how can i harass someone. My gamertagg is . I need this sortting now or consumer law
will be involved. Ok

I am so upset and frustrated! I received Compensation from an Agent and i was wrongfully banned!

I think i was wrongfully banned because of a hacked game i accidentally joined

For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com. Keep in mind that investigations can take time so the ban can be for something that took place weeks or months ago.

If by "giving a scammer a hard time" meant you were writing insults, profanity, or similar harassing messages back to the other person, then that is considered a violation of the Code of Conduct.

Some reports filed against you may take days or weeks before they are finally reviewed by Enforcement and brought into effect, despite your current communication suspension now.

The enforcement team do not browse the forums, so all suspension-related matters are only able to be handled here at
http://enforcement.xbox.com in the form of case reviews (if eligible). If you decide to take legal action, then the
Microsoft Legal division is here for your reference. The support forums are unable to assist your current issue, either way.

remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.

This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.
