Wrongfully banned???

Me and my friend have been banned from voice communication on xbox one, because of some **** who got pissed when I killed him in battlefield 4 and he had his 4 other friends who I cant remember the gamertags of but I have his gamertag. To the point here,
he got his friends to report me and my friend for voice communication even though neither of us had said anything vulgar and he was the one acting like a child, my friend had no previous bans but I have been banned twice before, none of them were voice comuninacation
related, it showed him when his ban is lifted and I haven't seen anything on it and I am wondering if I am permanent banned or if there is a way to lift the ban or if I can get him and his friends banned? Any help would be greatly appreciated if I could get
the ban lifted or if anybody could help me

Xbox update caused RROD / screen glitch. Will cost me to get it fixed.

remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.

I am so upset and frustrated! I received Compensation from an Agent and i was wrongfully banned!

If he did anything to violate the code of conduct, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console.

Voice communication: The player used inappropriate, abusive, or threatening language in voice communications.

and I said nothing vulgar and like I said he was the one being the manchild about it and he just had his friends report me even though I was being calm about it, you can not believe my word for this but I would at least like to see how long the ban lasts
for or if I can contact microsoft for just getting the ban lifted or if thats not even a thing

just signed in on xbox 360 and it gave me a ban message... *sigh* anybody who sees this and wants to help me get this manchild off xbox email me at *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** like I said all I know is his gamertag but I can probably find his friends in the party

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

The only way to contact them is by filing a case review via the link Smwutches posted.

The only way to report anyone is via your console.

You shouldn't be asking people to report someone either,it only takes one valid report for someone to be investigated.

This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.
