    Wrongfully banned


    Hey so a friend of mine and I were playing apex and we went into a trio match well in that match my friend was fighting another loba our mirage got down and I went to try to help but got killed. The mirage(gamer tag [mod removed]) reported my friend and got her banned due to her gamer pic. Mind you the gamer pic is an Xbox stock photo and when my friend appealed they denied it! Why is it my friend was banned due to an Xbox stock photo you all provide! There was no rude communication in game chat etc as we were streaming and in a party chat and the mirage was not in our party and she was a rando. This a completely wrongful banned and need to know how me and my friend can fix this situation.

    Xbox update caused RROD / screen glitch. Will cost me to get it fixed.

    remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.

    This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
    up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.
