Wrongfully banned

This is not the first time the incompetence of the enforcement team has shown, they constantly wrongfully ban people and move on.

In this case i have a 24 hour ban for a inappropriate gamer pic, however my picture did not go against the rules and regulation, it was not sexual nor did it have gore or offensive language or imagery, i will attach the picture that was apparently "inappropriate"

Now as we all know Xbox puts a disclaimer up that "Xbox support cannot remove bans" however this is grossly unacceptable, because you cannot just punish people without reason or any chance of review, not everyone is guilty, and we all know Xbox uses a some
sort of software to check and flag images, so it is very easy for a mistake to be made.

I went to enforcement history and of course the option for review is "ineligible" (not that Xbox would care anyways) so i am just getting royally screwed by this company that cares about nothing but a pay check.

With nothing else to do i call support to try and get someone who will listen and of course they cannot help because this company does not want to help "just go to the forums"

This is the type of company Microsoft and Xbox is, they have a system that bans people without cause, then they do not offer any way for this member to reach out and appeal their case or show that a mistake was made, and what can they do, they cannot call,
email, nothing, zero communication.

This is embarrassing for me because i pay $60 a year for this service so it is only my fault to do business with a bad company, but from the way i have been treated over the years, just thrown aside and ignored and constantly screwed, bans for things i did
not do, or when games mysteriously disappear from my games and licenses and support just says i will have to re buy the item even though i have bank statements proving i made the purchase, it is clear this is a company that does not care because they have
the money so that they do not have to care.

I will not be renewing my live membership and will switch to PC since i am always endanger of being wrongfully banned without appeal, because Xbox is desperately trying to make Xbox the safe place gaming community.

by the time anyone with power to life my ban sees this it will be over due to it being a 24 hours ban, and Xbox gets away with inconveniencing me, on a , how typical.
