    Wrongfully banned


    I was wrongfully banned, for saying “such a b**ch as a friend and I were been repeatedly killed for a stupid reason. I then messaged the guy saying ^^^ but I’ve said and have had worse sent to me yet not banned? Why is swearing a bannable for accounts without
    child lock or adult accounts on it, the enforcerment team really needa work on their banning. I want unbanned as this is such a stupid reason

    ( 2 weeks communication banned btw )

    I hope somebody can help me! There has been a huge misunderstanding!

    I am so upset and frustrated! I received Compensation from an Agent and i was wrongfully banned!

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and only they can respond to enforcement actions they issues.

    If you have not done so yet, you can submit a case review, if qualified, at: https://enforcement.xbox.com

    How do you know others have not been banded? The enforcement team will not share who has or has not be banded when a report is issued.

    Suspensions are issued after a reported incident is reported and investigated. Live is rated E for everyone.

    You may want to re-read the
    code of conduct    .

    Specifically the section:

    "What are examples of content that is prohibited in Xbox Live?

    Content that could harm or harass a person, including yourself, or an animal. For example:

    • Profane words or phrases

    Xbox update caused RROD / screen glitch. Will cost me to get it fixed.

    remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.

    This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
    up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.
