WRONGFULLY BANNED/SUSPENDED PLEASE READ!

Hello, my accounts gamer tag is: Ez Bagzy and I have been wrongfully banned from xbox live until the 16/12/2014 it says I was banned due to cheating or system tampering where as I do not even know how to cheat inside of an xbox live game and do not no
what system tampering is, I do believe my account was suspended/banned due to be in a game on call of duty advanced warfare on the as comeback and the enemy team were inside of a glitch (which I don't even know how to get into) and they won that game I then
played momentum with my friends on horizon (I think it was horizon) and then half way through the game I was kicked offline and it said I was suspended until the 16/02/2014 for cheating or system tampering whereas I have not partake in either of those accusations
directly or indirectly, please respond!. -James

ive played against you.... several times (usually on ascend and comeback). i know this, because you have made me rage quit.... now please, read all of this before you get angry and respond......

now, i didnt report you. i dont report people. i dont report people, because i dont think that (even if you are a cheating little ***) its fair to assist in people getting banned from gaming.

but you we're in the glitches in maps with known glitches... you were cheating. and from what ive read / heard, xbox are banning EVERYONE that exploits glitches in AW..... so to put it simply, dont *** cheat, dont *** glitch, because players WILL report
you.

xbox dont simply ban you for the sake of banning you either. they investigate complaints, and if they believe its a legit complaint, or you actually are cheating (not just some whiny little kid who get totally wrecked by a better player), then you get a
week ban. if it happens again, i believe it can be upward of a month ban, a third time, and its indefinite account suspension

bottom line.... dont cheat

This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.

remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.
