Wrongfully banned on Raid reset day

On sunday night i was playing destiny Trials of Osiris with a few friends, we were 8 wins in, 1 off flawless and our opponents proceeded to post our names on forums and have our accounts spammed with messages to hinder our game play, i said 1 disrespectful
word to one of the opponents, and received a communication ban, which is fair enough, I let them cheating wind me up, as hours of our time was wasted because of them cheating, now 2 days later i received another ban that stops me playing multiplayer when raids
come out tonight which i need to do, which was labelled harassment and threats, in which i've been communication banned, i havn't been talking, nor do i threaten or harass anyone, but last night we got up against them again, and they did it again, we turned
off notifications and dropped them both games we got matched with them, they obviously reported me and got me out of multiplayer, which isn't fair at all, i appealed the ban on my enforcement page, but i'd like it to be reviewed before raids tonight, as there's
no reason i should be put out of playing the game with my mates when i did nothing wrong, Their names and proof of spam is posted below

Still communication banned after my suspension is over

I've been waiting for two weeks to play Rainbow 6 with my friends after I was wrongfully suspended from xbox live. Now, I cant do that because my console is communication banned. I have already hard reset my console.

 

Message to enforcement team

Dear, Microsoft enforcement team I was wrongfully accused of having an “ inappropriate gamer picture “ the gamer picture i had was the supreme clothing logo and it was reportted but not taken down. Then I got banned on my console banned ( temporarily) and
now I called xbox at least 3 times a day and they tell me the same thing my ban was effective till yesterday at 8:44:44pm its now 3:48 the next day and im still banned please help

Replying to both of those comments, it shows absolutely no evidence of what i did wrong, nor did i do anything wrong, i never harassed anyone, the only thing i said was to the people who posted our gamertags on forums, which i was communi banned for, which
was fair enough and regardless, that doesn't explain how i could be banned for harassment 2 days after a communication ban as i couldn't possibly speak...
