Wrongfully banned on my original Xbox One account due to refunds.

A few months ago my original account was banned for Marketplace Theft due to multiple refunds on my account. I believe i was wrongfully banned for this because of two reasons. 1. My friend who has been actively getting multiple refunds from support agents
has not been banned and was told that they are openly giving refunds. 2. A new process was just released that allows for people to request a refund for a certain purchase they made, just like it is on steam. As of now my account is still banned even though
they're giving people the opportunity to refund games willingly. I was just wondering if i could either submit a new case review for my enforcement, or have my account unbanned entirely due to refunds being allowed for everyone. to me it just seems unfair
that everyone else can get refunds without consequence whereas i was immediately banned.

Xbox Account Wronfully Banned

My Xbox Account was wrongfully banned and my account can no longer get in on Xbox Live I was banned permanently. I need help getting it back because a Hacker did this to me for nothing.

 

BANNED FOR NO REASON TILL 22ND SEPTEMBER

This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.

 

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

 

Tried that, it doesn't let me submit another case review.
