    Wrongfully banned need help please?


    I was banned from my xbox live account due to poor communications I would like I appeal this but have no way to I'm asking for help from the enforcement team as they only know one side of the story. I can understand a comms ban but to lock my account from
    playing my own games that I have paid for is just outrageous please help!

    Xbox Account Wronfully Banned

    My Xbox Account was wrongfully banned and my account can no longer get in on Xbox Live I was banned permanently. I need help getting it back because a Hacker did this to me for nothing.

    Xbox update caused RROD / screen glitch. Will cost me to get it fixed.

    remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.

    Submitting an appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team and possibly have the ban lifted. All you can do is wait for their response.

    Hello Porter M! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    If your account has never been connected to that console ever, I can't see why or how the console would get banned. Have you ever added it in the past? Unless someone else on the Xbox has done something that has caused a console ban and its just a coincidence that its happened at the same time.

    I have added it in the past, but the Xbox that is connected with that account is fine too, it just wasn't plugged in at the time of the event. But arent console and account bans separate, since the reason for my account ban was on a completely separate device.
