Wrongfully banned for "Marketplace theft"

My gamer tag is . I was banned for "Maketplace theft" from 9-19-17 until 9-20-17. I tried to download "Red dead redemption" on the marketplace on 9-18-17 with MY debit card, and it told me my information was entered wrong... I've had my credit
card information on my account for at least 6 years! But for some reason I had to re-enter it, and it would not accept it. I'm literlly clueless as to why I'm banned, and nobody can give me an exact answer as to what really happened... if I've been hacked,
I'd REALLY like to know... nobody seems to know anything... Ridiculous!

What you're doing is considered Marketplace Theft. You're obtaining paid content from another user wrongfully. I'd avoid doing this.

sorry you will have to post in the suspension/ban forum nobody else can help you tell you why you were banned for Marketplace Theft, and that type of ban is not a temp one they perm ban accounts for Marketplace Theft.

the thing is though, even if there were sore losers who were reporting you for modding, the enforcement team wouldn't have banned you unless they could find evidence that what these others were claiming was true.

You can try posting in the suspension forum, but they dont respond to console bans, unless the system wrongfully banned it by mistake like it did in the incident a couple ofmonths ago (which is unlikely) There must be something to have caused the ban. It's
not just exclusive to modding and hardware tampering, it can be banned for many other things, such as marketplace theft.
