Wrongfully banned for being misenterpreted by a friend of a friend.

While me and a friend were finishing up a mission in red dead 2 a random player showed up out of no where and attack/killed her. No where on the map... The guy proceeds to kill me and my horse over and over.... As it turned out, while he was proceeding to
grief me my friend says she knows the guy. I say ok, can u tell him to stop? She does and while shes doing that he proceeds to grief some more. Confident the guy is some how friendly and has a sense of humor i send him a few choice words about him and my horse....
He proceeds to report me, jump into the party to berate me and call me a cu nt among other things and that i should enjoy the ban. It wont let me appeal regardless of the harmless nature of my situation... And yet he rando griefs using exploits such as server
hopping, map jumping, trade duplication, instant kill cheats, etc. I try to unwind after a long day with friends, how is this fair?

How do i get into contact with a mod willing to hear my case?

I endured the exact same ban with no idea why other then other players abused the report option... I honestly feel this is a major reason why Xbox loses players to Playstation because this kind of anti-consumer attitude/action is ridiculous there needs to
be restrictions placed on the enforcement team just the same as there are on customers that would help resolve several issue like this from happening for no good reason I know a friend was wrongfully reported 13 times by another player my friend got a communication
ban because of it that other player that reported my friend 13 times spouted racist comments to my friend through messages & as far as I know my friend was banned while that racist person wasn't punished at all..... just saying the poor management of bans
& enforcement actions have gone on like this for way too long something needs to change & the wrongful bans need to be stopped just saying......

remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.

But they we very interested in people being banned for no reason and the 25 email alerts I received from the last post says plenty I advised loads of friends friends of friends to stay well clear of Microsoft word of mouth is a massive thing as honest fair
gamers get banned like myself for no reason

Also got a 24hour ban thanks to random people being able to message and harass you and when theyre told to f off you get a ban. Seriously you guys need to split the privacy settings for party/voice chat and messaging because you cant talk to friends of
friends unless their also your friends if you make the setting friends only is not cool, because you guys are every ready to ban people without improving on ways to prevent harassment
