Wrongfully banned account

Hey too make this short for brevity My Main account I've had since I was 6 (I'm 22 now) was permanently suspended for chat violation. I have been suspended a fair few times for arguing back with rude individuals through the years but my concern is there's also been many times where I was called very awful racial names based off my gamer tag and race and When I responded back too these things all though with maybe some minor profanity but no hate speech I still was suspended all the same and delt the same type of punishment like as if I started an attack on another person.

Where all of this is going is that due too the accumulation of these smaller suspensions over years of arguments and at that a decent portion I most likely shouldn't have received all led too the big ban. Just like that my entire catalog of hundreds and hundreds of games and thousands of achievements and dollars and over a decade of countless experiences and stories and progress we're all gone. When I sent my appeal it was denied within minutes and I never got too actually speak too anyone and was given a generic grey response that didn't clear anything up. I was blown away. I have Been heart broken for almost a year now and Have no clue how to speak too anyone or get any real answers on how too get this really looked at. I have no idea what to do at this point and I'm at a loss. If I knew this is where all these dumb online arguments would have led too I would have just never responded back too the verbal or text based online attacks and hate in the first place whenever I got it.
