Its been about 10 or so since i had to talk to someone at xbox that i had a problem with so this is very different....I thought it should be a quick fix

Phishing is an email/message etc which looks like it's coming from one place when it's coming from another.... ie an email which looks like it's from your bank but which directs you to a site which isn't

If you have put all the security measures in place (password too random to guess, 2FA, not allowing changes with inputting password again etc), then it won't be easy for them to lock you out... in fact I'd say it's next to impossible unless they also have access to your phone (although there is a slim chance). I would suspect that most cases of hacking etc is because people have chosen a very weak password or haven't enabled all the security available.
