Wrongfully and randomly suspended from Xbox live

Even if you were able to get ahold of someone over the phone they would not be able to help you.

The ONLY people that handle enforcement actions is the enforcement team.

The ONLY way to contact them is through their website enforcement.xbox.com and the case review process.

When you sign in there with the suspended account there will be an orange hammer on the main page that you can click on and it will bring up a page that shows the enforcement history for the account. Next to the active enforcement action their should be
a choice to apply for a review.

It will then ask yo a series of questions about the code of conduct which you will need to get ALL of them correct. (the answers can either be found on the enforcement teams website or in the code of conduct itself)

You will then have the oppurtunity to appeal the suspension.

The enforcement team will then reinvestigate the report that got your wife suspended and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

If you are nice enough about it in your appeal they may give you details on what caused the suspension.

They WILL not tell you who did the reporting though.

This happened to my wife. She literally only plays fortnite and she doesn't even know how to navigate the Xbox 1 home screen. She was 100 percent banned for nothing. At all. It really sucks that we try to enjoy the newest update of fortnite together, she
gets a random ass suspension, for literally nothing. The guy i talked to wouldn't tell me what she supposedly did. So how am i supposed to believe that NO ONE EVER gets suspended for no reason? Hopefully my account reinstatement will get her her account back.
I'd REALLY like to know what she did, she played two days ago, logged on earlier and it said she needed to go to the web. When we did it said there was suspicious activity. Then the guy says "oh our records show that your wife violated our terms of service."
Like, WHAT? Lol, HOW?

If you have been issued a suspension you will need to visit
https://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review. Only an enforcement team member can respond to any suspensions they issue and they do not use the forums.

I did the account reinstatement thing, and talked to a person from support. Sorry if i sounded rude, its just frustrating that she was suspended when she literally just made the account a week ago or so. And it cant be something on the console, or my account
and my brothers account would have got it as well. Thank you though, as i tried their site, but not on her account. I hope you can understand why its so frustrating.

You should have a notice on the email that is attached to this account. It will give more detail as to the specific reason. Sometimes a chat might not get reported for several days, if that is the case when it does get reported that is when the suspension
will go into effect, so this could be a reason for the delay. You need to be careful if you continue to get suspensions you may get suspensions for a longer time. If you sign into the enforcement site https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howTo#sub-topic0-0
