Wrongfully accused.

I have been suspended from playing Xbox live and i want it to be reviewed. My gt is . I tried to submit a review on my suspension but was denied. Please help me get this reveiwed.

i got spam reported by some kids

i need help getting my account back or im switching to ps4 this is the 3rd time ive been wrongfully accused by Microsoft some kids spam reported me because i won! now my device is banned

If this is a 24 hour ban these usually cannot be reviewed due to time restraints.

Hi,

Xbox Support can't actually do anything about a ban as they have no say.

Please click HERE to get the details of your ban, including why you were banned.

If it is possible that someone accessed your account on your Xbox while you were away, I recommend disabling auto-sign in.

It may also be possible you engaged in some possible trash talk in either game chat, or by messaging before you went on your holiday, and the ban only came in to effect when you signed in for the first time since the ban was applied to your account.

If you feel there is genuinely no reason you should have been banned, and it is a genuine mistake, you can try to appeal it on the page I linked you to above.
