    I was wongfully reported after someone said Death threts to me lastnight and i have lost my xbox live privilege ! The player who reported me for invalid reasons gamertag shows that he "Needs work" my gamettag says " good player " i can not contact xbox
    over this please fix this as i have been paying customer for over 6 years and this is my only 2 days of holiday this season ! I also attend a roleplay community that i will have to pass up now because i cant ise voice or message communication ! fix this or
    i will be cancelling my xbox and buying a new ps4 for Christmas! I am the victim and xbox treets me like this shame on xbox live !!!

    I cannot file a case on my suspension

    If you dont see the option to file a case review then you are not eligible.

    You can only file a case review for a suspension that is longer than 24 hours. You must file the case review within 12 months of receiving the suspension. It will only work on account suspensions not console bans. Finally you can only file one case review
    a year.

    ENFORCEMENT TEAM REPLY PLEASE

    I cannot submit a case review.. the suspension isn't on my account.. I sign into the enforcement page and I scroll down and I see no suspension... so therefore I am not able to submit a case review. I contacted the support line on Microsoft and they told
    me about my suspension.. but I am un able to file a case review since I cannot see the suspension penalty on my account on the enforcement page.

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is through the case review process.

    What trouble are you having exactly with filing the case review? Also not all suspensions are eligible for case review. 24 hour suspensions for example are not eligible for review.

    You cant. The enforcement team is the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions and they can only be contacted by filing for a case review. 24 hr suspensions are not eligible for case review. They wont go into specifics either way though.

    To echo DIPDIP0TAT0CH1P, the Enforcement team doesn't use these forums and the only way to appeal a suspension is through the Case Review process, please click on the link provided and file a case review if eligible.
