Wrongfull bann

I need a way to file a complaint against live enforcement for dereliction of duty, neglect of the customer. Backstory is I have found under 18 kids on mature games, people griefing and harassing players in the division, reported them and live enforcement
failed to ban them. This is the definition of irony, you report those causing the problem and you get the bann.

When I call the number to their building, I get told that no customer can talk to live enforcement managers. I have reported over 200 players for violations of the live code of conduct and I get the bann. I need a way to file a formal complaint against
enforcement that will end in administrative action against them.

Wrongfull ban

I have reported over 200 players for griefing and harassing players on the division and live enforcement failed to bann these individuals. Now I see communication banns on my account and one that says I'm threating when I have had family and friends threatened
by some of the individuals I reported. I want to file a complaint against live enforcement for dereliction of duty, wrongfull bans, and neglect of the customer. Anyone know how to do this

Spam reporting someone falsely will get you banned for abusing the system

Also it is not. A violations of the terms of use if they are under 18

Game ratings only prevent kids from buying not playing certain games

You may not harass.or.curse at anyone even if they started it

 

AAnd no you can't contact.enforcement even if you call support or Microsoft

 

In order to file a complaint about the enforcement team, simply write it on a piece of paper.

They are a team that is here to protect gamers and are not going away.

Apparently you have a lot of misconceptions about how the process works.

 

And for been stabbed in the back multiple times after reporting these issues, old freak you are blind

If you were banned/suspended it's because you violated the ToU/CoC..

Those rules apply to everyone,no exceptions.

Just because you report people does not make you exempt from the rules.

As mentioned,age ratings only means someone under that age can not buy the game & age ratings do not apply to the online side of any game.
