Wrongful Xbox live suspension.

My account has been wrongfully suspended for "cheating/hacking" I was in a match on Destiny, anyone that plays knows the servers aren't the best. I get spammed with game invites from someone on the enemy team. I'm talking 5min of game invite notifications.
He sends me a message saying I'm lag switching. Everyone in the game had a bad connection. But becaus I was doing relatively good. He reported me and I'm banned till the 15th and it says I'm not eligible for a case review someone please help here my side of
the story and get this ban lifted. The passed few months I've been getting banned for no reason and I'm done staying silent. If nothing is done. I will be going to psn. I'm not paying a monthly subscription for something I can't even play half the time.

Wrongful Xbox Live Suspension

Ok I have received many xbox live communication suspensions in the past, but this one was wrongful. Yesterday as of the posted date, I had had a friend over to my housing. He decided (on my xbox live account) to message my other friend:LTPugsly2016, something
that wasn't nesescarliy kind. Now, knowing that it was on my account, he reported me and I was communications banned for two weeks. If anyone can help me with this that would be great. The Enforcement teams do not work on the forums, they only operate through the Case Review process. If you're not seeing the option to file a case review, it's likely either because you've already submitted a review on this specific case, you're not eligible

where is you're suspension if is here you need a moderator if is in Xbox live all suspensions go thought Enforcement

http://enforcement.xbox.com If you haven't already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

I feel your frustration. I'd say that you are taking his console away until he shows you what photo he really tried to use. There is nothing wrong with a wolf photo.

I do think them providing a little more info would be helpful especially in instances like this.
