Wrongful voice communication ban

I recieved aa 24 voice communication ban for getting angry at someone who was teamkilling on Rainbow Six Siege, he also team killed my friend a few times too. He has recieved no punishment for this, yet reported me for swearing at him. Of course I was mad,
he was breaking fairplay rules on multiplayer. Its an 18 rated game anyway so unsure why swearing is not allowed, but a ban because he was team killing and I called him out on it? Xbox support chat directed me here after telling me they understand and would
also be angry, directed me here to get account ban lifted.

So recently I was playing rainbow six as I usually do. I came across someone using game exploits and modifications with proof. I confronted them rather nuetral. It got heated but not offensive to the point that I receive a communications ban. It was smack
talk but not offensive. Both of us could agree on that. From a statement I saw long ago, xbox states that competitive talk like this is expected. So why was I banned for it? Especially when talking to someone with far worse violations. I'd like to request
to repeal the unjust ban against my account.

 

I can testify to this as the player who reported my friend here called [Mod Removed] also teamkilled me, and in the next round his friend [Mod Removed] killed [Mod Removed] and also tried to kill me. So as for reporting someone for swearing whilst playing
a game that already contains strong language is farfetched and ridiculous and I would like to see the voice communication ban lifted from [Mod Removed] as soon as possible

 

If you think someone is cheating or harassing players online you can report that person and block him/her from further communication. Retaliating is a breach of the Code of Conduct and as such object to enforcement acts.
