Wrongful suspension?

I have been notified as of 5:39p.m today i was suspended from signing into Xbox Live until 9/27/17 9:43p.m. I have already corresponded with my enforcement action email and used the link to read my enforcement report. It stated the reason is for "cheating"
and theb continue to gives a broad range of reasons a suspension like this would occur. But not oncw did I receive information as to why i am suspended? I know I dont 'tamper' or 'hack' and I k ow for a fact my account wasn't compromised. Give me some sort
of insight here.

I was recently suspended from an active gold account for having insufficient funds.

While this is true, because it is Gold and there's no need to purchase or renew anything yet, I believe it was wrongful to suspend an active gold account for this.

I eventually linked my bank account with my paypal account to lift my suspension, I did as so and when I went back to check my microsoft and paypal statements, a transaction had been made of 2 payments of 9.99, totaling 19.98, which I had never agreed to
make and I don't know what that money went towards. I would please like a refund.

I was told by Xbox support to contact you guys via forums. If that's not the case then I'm going to contact one of the managers and have that representative dealt with. Microsoft shouldn't give false info.

I got told the same thing. they are giving us the runaround. Why are we paying to get treated like this? what is the sense of having a team dedicated to enforcement that no one can get in contact with... really grinds my gears.. still waiting for a reply

If someone is harassing you online then just report & block them.

Even if someone else started it you can still be suspended if you reply with a message that breaks the ToU/CoC.

Rep has nothing to do on whether you get suspended or not.

As mentioned,if you've filed a case review then all you can do is wait.

While I understand your frustration, you need to complain about the suspension in the correct forum here. When posting there, include your suspended Gamertag.

Additionally: even if the person provoked you, if you used "naughty" language, it is still a bannable offense. So the next time someone provokes you, simply report him, and block communications with that person. That way, he is the one getting suspended.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You can view your ban on enforcement.xbox.com but if the case review was upheld there is nothing further you can do.
