    Wrongful suspension


    I'm fed up of wasting countless hours and so much effort trying to explain this to every support member there is on the chat tool. I have been wrongfully suspended and I can not submit another review request. I carefully took the time to use the entire 500
    character limit to explain in great detail to the enforcement team that they had made the wrong decision to suspend my account. When I got the reply off of them they made it ver clear, whether intentional or unintentional, that they had completely ignored
    the note I had left and paid me absolutely no attention what so ever. I am a very loyal customer and I am also approaching the 10 years with Xbox live mark and this is how I man being treated? It's absolutely disgusting! Needless to Saunders I'm missing out
    on the sea of thieves technical alpha. Absolute disgrace!

    Helo im , and i belive that i have been wrongfully suspended from communications on xbox live. i belive this because for the last month or so the only people i have been talking to were about 3 or 4 of my friends on my friends list... and
    ive asked them if they might have ben playing around and reported me because they were bored and they all said no. and i know that on the 3 games i have recently been playing (Black ops 2, Modern warfare 2, and Borderlands 2i was never in game chat so so i
    couldnt have been being loud or disruptive to the other people playing the games... (randoms)... so i really beleve that if ive only been talking to a few people that say they have not reported me then it must be some kid that i was playin against most likely
    that got mad maybe because i kept killing him virtually.... that could have ben repoting me. it just doesnt seem as if i deserve this suspension when i have done nothing wrong against the xbox live terms of use.



    but my point is that could someone of microsoft staff please tell me what i have done to get suspended or check and see that im right and i dont deserve this wrongful suspension. it would be greatly appriciated.

    No one from Enforcement posts or even reads here, unfortunately. There's nothing anybody here on the forums can do to help un-suspend you or speed up the case review process.

    You've already submitted your case review, as you said, so you'll have to wait for a response.

    Reputation is more of an informal, community-moderated rating. Enforcement actions do not affect the player's rep.

    umm because it doesn't matter what you say to support and no support has no say in enforcement matters

    So I donno why you are wasting time on support

    Enforcement has already told you

    No more case appeal and no there is nothing support can do for you because they do not have the same lvl access as enforcement nor would they have any notes from them

    It does not matter who starts the fight you ARE accountable for your own actions

    So whenever your excuse is he started it which you really should know from life experiences that one both of you are accountable for your own actions ask any police officer

    Or the internet trolls told me there is automatic bans which is fake since all reports ar actually investigated

    So if you used the case review today he did it first that's not goi g tk help

    It isn't meant to tell them oh he did it and I should be immune to the rules

    It's to get the reason and a second review

    If they upheld it there is nothing you can do

    First

    Dispite all your myths

    All reports are reviewed by multiple teams before being issued and it takes weeks not mins unless it's something obvious or something immediate like threats or harassment

    Then when issued after documented proof

    You get the suspension

    On case review a new team reviews the evidence again then sends you their decision based o. Your input and FYI he started it never works you should know that never works in life

    There is absolutely nothing support nor anyone can do for you on forums

    Enforcement has their own website and that like every Internet service in the world have no contact info other then moderated ones

    Wouldn't do you any good since spammers would only spam emails and phone numbers anyhow preventing you from accessing such methods

    I clearly explained to them that in game chat he was **** talking and I found it funny so we were bantering and it was all in good faith and then when you finish a fight on UFC you instantly lose connection so can't talk anymore so I sent him a message continuing
    said banter he replied then I replied and then he's obvs reported me just on the basis he lost. I've been banned for being good at UFC. What a joke!

    As for the support team, I couldn't get the website to let me access the review and spent countless hours trying to get answers out of them as to why. They're absolutely useless. Their existence is pointless.

    I was told by Xbox support to contact you guys via forums. If that's not the case then I'm going to contact one of the managers and have that representative dealt with. Microsoft shouldn't give false info.
    I got told the same thing. they are giving us the runaround. Why are we paying to get treated like this? what is the sense of having a team dedicated to enforcement that no one can get in contact with... really grinds my gears.. still waiting for a reply

    If someone is harassing you online then just report & block them.

    Even if someone else started it you can still be suspended if you reply with a message that breaks the ToU/CoC.

    Rep has nothing to do on whether you get suspended or not.

    As mentioned,if you've filed a case review then all you can do is wait.

    While I understand your frustration, you need to complain about the suspension in the correct forum here. When posting there, include your suspended Gamertag.

    Additionally: even if the person provoked you, if you used "naughty" language, it is still a bannable offense. So the next time someone provokes you, simply report him, and block communications with that person. That way, he is the one getting suspended.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You can view your ban on enforcement.xbox.com but if the case review was upheld there is nothing further you can do.
