Hello i am writing in public forum on notice of suspension of my account which yes i full on admit i used a swear word towards another xbox live member. however in lieu of this message that was sent i will explain the situation of what happened. The other
player gamertag: azourai had been playing with me and another person on Halo Wars 2. this guy is a try hard who ultimately jumped the gun and suicides his troops right off in the beginning and kept telling us to follow him me as a teammate followed suit but
backed off seeing it was getting no where i had just taken a second base and the enemy had come into our zone and started attacking my base. because i was weakened following azourai to his death he started sending notifications off at my second based i just
took and second before just upgraded to level 2 allowing to build turrets. he started flying off saying what the **** are you doing. you **** noob why you no have turrets. your **** stupid. after taking about 2 minutes of his abusive language i plugged my
mic in which was not on at the time and told him i didnt like his tone explained it was a new base i called him an idiot for rushing unprepared he then turned and quit (rage quitted). i sent him a message in exact word for word detail "your garbage suicided
right in beginning bitch at a new base **** and get off the couch". i do deem the suspension as harsh punishment but im accepting of it as it is only two days but i am calling for Microsoft support team to do the right thing and also suspend his account! i
am not out to be a harmful hate spewed person but come on look what was done to cause it.

My account has been wrongfully suspended for "cheating/hacking" I was in a match on Destiny, anyone that plays knows the servers aren't the best. I get spammed with game invites from someone on the enemy team. I'm talking 5min of game invite notifications.
He sends me a message saying I'm lag switching. Everyone in the game had a bad connection. But becaus I was doing relatively good. He reported me and I'm banned till the 15th and it says I'm not eligible for a case review someone please help here my side of
the story and get this ban lifted. The passed few months I've been getting banned for no reason and I'm done staying silent. If nothing is done. I will be going to psn. I'm not paying a monthly subscription for something I can't even play half the time.

was not aware im not allowed to ive never been suspended. I went to see an appeal option fir the suspension and it did give one.
