Wrongful suspension of my console.

This past Monday, I recieved a message on my account stating that I had been suspended for nudity/graphic content, which i fully understand, and take responsibiltiy for. What i wanted to state was that my console recieved another suspension for “cheating”.
This i did not get notified on via message and so I had to contact a support person, they told me it was because of cheating. I wanted to ask if you could take this suspensionof my console off because I believe after I killed a kid in Red Dead Redemption 2,
he got his friends and himself to all report me for cheating, which I was not, and I also believe Xbox did not look this over because I was already suspended when the mass reporting occurred. My gamertag is: SkyDragon528, and the suspension ends 1/9/2019 at
3:10 PM. Please consider this and try to fix future insances like this so that it will not happen again.

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account. We recommend to utilize
the information available on the
enforcement team's website. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to contact them regarding console suspensions.

It's also not possible to be suspended for mass reports. You can have a million complaints filed against you and not get a suspension as long as you follow the code of conduct/terms of service. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive
and only issues suspensions if they have determined you have violated the rules.

Console suspensions are not listed on the enforcement site since they're not eligible for review. Unfortunately there is no way to find out specifically what caused it so it could be something that is not related to the account suspension
you received or if you've had previous suspensions it could just be due to having a lot of prior suspensions.

Your missing my point, I did nothing wrong for it to get extended at all. I couldn't have done anything wrong as it was extended whilst my account suspension was still in effect. Like I said, the enforcement page says nothing about a extended suspension
by my console says otherwise. I am honestly getting fed up with this system.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Console suspensions are not issued for "no reason".

Usually they are issued due to multiple accounts on the same console receiving actions or to stop people using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account.

Either way,console bans/suspensions are not eligible for a case review so you will have to wait out the suspension.

actually that's wrong I've had multiple Xbox agents tell me on the phone that I have to post here for them to review it and it was for no reason as I only had my main account on my Xbox and it was banned a couple times but that's it
