Wrongful Suspension from Chat Features

Hi,

My account has been suspended from party/chat features due to an apparent violation of the XBL code of conduct, however if you go through my message history you clan clearly see there's absolutely no evidence of any kind of harassment/bullying of other players.
I honestly can't really figure out why this happened and I'm starting to get quite annoyed with this entire system as it's a complete waste of my time and it changes my gaming experience dramatically. It's a fantastic way to push someone to finally abandon
your product for a better alternative. It's absolutely ridiculous that my account was banned, and even more ridiculous that there's essentially no way to deal with it.

Could someone please help me figure out how to get in touch with someone other than the "enforcement action" team? They claim they will respond to an appeal within 24 hours however it's now been close to 48 without a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Unrightful suspension

I was unrighfully suspended because of how i responded to being racially profiled and disrespected over xbox live chat during WW2. I do not deserve to be suspended for defending myself as no one else will do it for me. So i request that my suspension be
dropped immediately as this is a wrongful suspension.

Helo im , and i belive that i have been wrongfully suspended from communications on xbox live. i belive this because for the last month or so the only people i have been talking to were about 3 or 4 of my friends on my friends list... and
ive asked them if they might have ben playing around and reported me because they were bored and they all said no. and i know that on the 3 games i have recently been playing (Black ops 2, Modern warfare 2, and Borderlands 2i was never in game chat so so i
couldnt have been being loud or disruptive to the other people playing the games... (randoms)... so i really beleve that if ive only been talking to a few people that say they have not reported me then it must be some kid that i was playin against most likely
that got mad maybe because i kept killing him virtually.... that could have ben repoting me. it just doesnt seem as if i deserve this suspension when i have done nothing wrong against the xbox live terms of use.



but my point is that could someone of microsoft staff please tell me what i have done to get suspended or check and see that im right and i dont deserve this wrongful suspension. it would be greatly appriciated.
