Wrongful Suspension (Enforcement team, Please help)

I have been suspended because I said this "Just let me take my stuff and Ill go, you can have it" from there I was obviously reported and immediately suspended, the player then began messaging saying things like Cry, and boohoo with crying faces. I have
been suspended because of another players toxicity. I am not a troll, I am never nasty to other players and I refuse to be persecuted like this, if anything the player who got me this suspension should be the one suspended. I ask that this suspension is lifted,
if the enforcement team will take a look at my reputation as a player, in the entire 7+ years on xbox live i could count my suspensions with one hand and most of which have been wrongful accusations just as this has been, and the team has helped me fight this
action righteously in the past. Please help.

There is no support on the forums for suspensions.. it is all dealt with centrally via that address. You can also see your reputation and other information at that link.

Enforcement websiteto resolve this.
If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. If you're suspension is 24 hours or less, then you would need to wait for it to expire. Side
note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. (Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the
Code of Conductonly.)

Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to come back to the Xbox forum (Do not repost the same question or
thread as that would violate the Xbox Forum Guidelines).

Thanks guys but because its a 24 hour suspension and the enforcement team needs 24 hours to organise a case review i am not eligible for one. In the mean time tho I still have to be punished because someone else is a troll. I have spoken to a live
support agent and she told me to come here as it was the only way that communication may be made with the enforcement to lift this suspension.

Support has nothing to do with enforcement, and it seems has no understing of how Enforcement functions.

If you haven't done so yet, block the other player and report any of his toxic messages.

https://enforcement.xbox.com … you can also apply for a case review at that site if your suspension is eligible for one (it's longer than 24 hours and was issued in the last 12 months). Unfortunately, nobody here in the Forums has any contact with Enforcement.
