wrongful suspension due to others abusing reporting

The suspension system as of late has been getting worse and worse. I just put a post up with my personal experience but I mostly blame the automated enforcement system. It seems to have gotten much more strict than it was in the past. I'm even getting suspended for seemingly harmless posts in my personal group chat with my close friends.

I am sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Believe me, I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. However, as much as we wanted to help you here in forum, we do not have the ability to review cases here and access to any of your account information. With regard to Xbox Enforcement actions or suspensions, even a support cannot assist us because they're only being handled by the Xbox Enforcement team who work offline. We could only get in touch with them by reporting a player or by filing a case review.

Since you're not eligible for a case review, our best option here is to wait. We can only do so much about this issue here.

so messaging a day later and repeatedly calling someone trash and then reporting them for responding is not abusing the system? lol okay. it's not "he started it" it's literally this guy continued messaging and insulting me and *I* get suspended. that is 100% abusing the system.

lfg blocks words when you're creating a post, the dude should not be able to randomly message someone he's never messaged before and his one word is trash. lol gimme a break.

regardless, i did nothing wrong, i explained the prior situation from the day before and he continued heckling. It is not okay that I have no way to appeal.

no amount of reports would've netted a suspension.

if you break the rules you will be punished if reported regardless If you are defending yourself or not the rules still apply

And no you can't talk to support about a suspension or enforcement team doesn't review anything here

Side note trolls do engage and If you feed the trolls they will bite and report you thata is the point of trolling you and it would be valid not false reporting

I suggest you look up vulcan it is a version of the tool the enforcement team uses but it is the same proccess

That's not abusing the system

It would only generate a bad accuracy rating if it was false

If you did break the rules in responding yes you would still be suspended

If you read the community guidelines it does mention it doesn't matter who starts it the enforcement team only sees the code

If the code is broken you will be punished

Block and report thata the best you can do

By playing with you previously he's not a random person

You would.be listed in his recently played with players

If he bothered you the right thing to do is block and ignore and report not retaliate

By responding you are engaging and if it crosses the line it doesn't matter if he was insulting you or not the rules still apply and if you didn't report it he won't be punished

again, my actions were nothing that would create a suspension! jesus man, listen.

my main goal is not my suspension, it's toxic gamers with false reports screwing those that don't deserve it.
