at least remove me for the right reasons which was I didn't have a gold account. But to say I violated anything is a mistake please look into this thank you

Wrongful Charge after Wrongful Suspension

I was recently suspended from an active gold account for having insufficient funds.

While this is true, because it is Gold and there's no need to purchase or renew anything yet, I believe it was wrongful to suspend an active gold account for this.

I eventually linked my bank account with my paypal account to lift my suspension, I did as so and when I went back to check my microsoft and paypal statements, a transaction had been made of 2 payments of 9.99, totaling 19.98, which I had never agreed to
make and I don't know what that money went towards. I would please like a refund.
