Wrongful Permanent Ban

on my main account BrennanScot I was recently banned on the 12th of this month until the 27th. People have trolled me in the past and had all of their friends report me to receive other bans and as much a single I tried explaining the situation the enforcement
always uphold their decision not even reading what I have to say. But 3 days later after, I dont even have access online and haven't turned on my Xbox since I received the ban on the 12 I get another ban this time permanent. How is this possible. Either im
clearly getting trolled and mass reported or someone made a mistake.

Your friend will need to post in the following forum for an official answer from the enforcement team but it is against the code of conduct to transfer codes in exchange for MS points.

Wrongful ban

I was wrongfully perma banned from changing my real name, can I at least have it reduced and not be perma because I didn't even do anything wrong

You wont get a ban or suspension unless you have violated the ToU/CoC,no matter how many people report you.

Any report filed against you has to be investigated which takes time so you weren't banned while you were suspended,you were banned for something you did several weeks ago or longer.

The enforcement team do not use the forums,the only way to contact them is via case review on the enforcement site

Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.

Not very likely, permanent bans are just that, permanent. You did the wrong thing and now you have to suffer the consequences.

It is so wrong that people get banned for 2 weeks for playing in modded lobbies.

It was much better when the bans were permanent.
