Wrongful enforcements

first of all i was banned in august as a random player i encountered started some wierd chinese trashtalk, so i trash talked back. A few days later the same kid contacted me through a brand new account he had made and made the same comment. I didnt realize
it was the same kid and as the comment was terrible english i insulted the random comment about sawcon chicken and the kid reported it and i get banned. That player harrassed me and went through the trouble of making a second account to trip me up into a “legitamate”
ban report. What u at microsoft failed at was doing a full investigation into the fact that that kid started harrassing me on another account. Now today ive been banned again, only way could have been last night when i was again playing gta v and got put
into a server with a guy on my friends list. This guy leaves as i approach him and so its jusy me and his crew maye left. I slowly approach him with my car to see if hes friendly, cuz i wanted some people to do missions with. He immediately responds to my
approach with voting to ban me for no reason. I was driving my car people. And so i decided to send him a message saying that was a [Profanity removed by Mod] move because u dont try and kick someone for not being a [Profanity removed by Mod] . As im sending
that he starts firing his moc at me, then a bit later i start up a terrorbyte mission and his friends along with the one that i thought was mine, proceeded to advance on me while flyin to the drop off so i blew them up and they all started to vote to kick
me. I did nothing remotely close to wrong, i didnt grief, i didnt abuse a kick system, i didnt go out of the way to get people to have me kicked or ruin my chill time. Soo i guess my question is why can i get banned for being the better behaved and non toxic
player while as far as i know the toxic people get to roam free every day. I want a dispute [Profanity removed by Mod] now please. And fyi microsoft.. this question box aint coded right cuz i cant put the cursor on the last word typed so thats why there is
a random sentence below.

If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him. Retaliation is a violation of the Code of Conduct and subject to enforcement acts.

That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

Sorry you're upset OP. On Xbox no one knows what you look like, etc. Therefore, according to Xbox rules words that CAN be considered as offensive can result in a suspension. Regardless of the person's background. The rules can be read at https://enforcement.xbox.com

While at the site you can also click on the handshake icon on the left side of the page where you can see information on the suspension as well as an opportunity to open a case review with the PET if the suspension is longer than 24 hours.

Not sure what the term was but i can imagine & if you want to use that term then fine,you just can't use it on xbox live as it violates the rules you agreed to follow when you started your account,as is some of the other things you've said.Calling people trash is another sure fire way to get suspended as you've found out.

The enforcement team used to use the forums but there was so much harassment etc. & everything was public that they moved to the system they have now with a dedicated team that work for Microsoft.Having customer services deal with enforcement issue is not going to happen.

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them instead of responding.

Enforcement did not give me that option because it was a 24 hour suspension. I came to the forums more likely to vent my frustrations. I have multiple sclerosis so I spend a lot of my time on xbox live and now and again I do encounter undesirable gamers
who I block, mute or defend myself against, but this gamer I thought was ok, ok enough to add to my fb.and not long after he was creepy. It became awkward so I would appear offline, ignore and avoid him, but I didn't want to hurt his feelings. I would be
in a lobby when he would msg me playing some weird game until I had enough...hense my husband's back off msg. This guy is not right, he knows my health issues and unfortunately he reported my tag only to hurt me. I think I am finally over it, but I will be
less trusting with xbox friends.
