    The instructions they give you on Zune and on xbox live are totally wrong - I tried to cancel mine today - and the only thing I could do was to cancel the automatic renewal (fingers crossed that's stopped it) - but there is no 'cancel subscription' button
    they describe. I've 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back again because they're info is wrong! Very unhappy (swore a lot too!)

    There's no way to cancel a report once it's sent. As long as they haven't done anything wrong, they'll be fine.

    No. Once you've sent a report, there's no way to cancel it. But if that player didn't do anything wrong they'll be alright.
