    Im scrolling through my message log to make sure i didnt say anything degrading, profane or something offensive and I feel as if someone rushed to a hasty decision and isnt familiar with the lingo in the game.. I’ve made a few mistakes prior but nothing
    has happened in at least a year so I fail to see why I was banned. I’ve used zero profanity, even when being harassed by cheaters within the game, and I’ve kept my cool in almost every situation, even when receiving racial/degrading messages, so please explain
    why telling someone to leave me alone and threatening to call police for verbally assaulting me, making threats on me, my family AND my team that they’re concealled weapons carriers who will “end us” is allowed but I’m in the wrong for saying “threats like
    that get the swat team called”? I haven’t harassed anybody, I’ve never even fought anyone in my life, but retaliating to their threats on my life gets me banned while they’re walking around with their head up high like they’ve accomplished something?

    The PET investigate all gamertag reports prior to laying a suspension on them. As they get thousands of reports per day this can take some time from the initial report. Due to this your enforcement could have been from something that was done a fair bit
    ago. As was already mentioned you should log in to
    https://enforcement.xbox.com     and click the hammer icon to see the reason and duration of the action

    Sorry you had such a rough time, I can understand a ban would ruin anyone's day. Also please be advised the Xbox ambassadors and these forums are here for technical support and issues, enforcement does not check these. Also Xbox ambassadors do not have
    the ability to enforce, remove, or issue bans.
