Wrongful ban need help please (xbox enforcement)

hello my name is Ethan and tonight was horrible in so many ways I cannot explain but one in particular was I had been playing a game of which I have the utmost respect and appreciation for but then recieved a number of spam and toxic messages from one person
of which I could not ignore so I called him out pointed out what he was doing and afterwards blocked and reported him I'm do for harasssment and moments later I had recieved a message front cbox live saying my account will be banned until 4/10/2017 I just
want to move to move this anencephaly play games again but at this point I just need help which I'm afraid I will not receive please help

Received a call from Microsoft regarding a letter I wrote, about a wrongful ban after an account hijack, they said to contact the enforcement team via the forums, any help appreciated on how to contact them.

 

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

 

well let's correct a few things

First you were correctly banned not wrongful

Here is what you don't get

It doesn't matter who starts the fight

If you retaliate in anyway.that violates the terms of use

You will be punished if reportrd

You should've blocked and ignored and reported

It does not make you immune to the rules

You can submit a case review at enforcement.xbox.com

 

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
