Wrongful Ban - Help!

Long story short. . . .

I was reported a couple days ago for a lack of judgement in communication I had with a fellow opponent. The language was sent both ways, but I guess only he did the reporting. This was on 1.6.2017. Fast forward to today 1.8.2017 (note my communication privilege
has been removed). I was somehow reported for behavior as well. . . .which is impossible, because I couldn't communicate with anyone. I have since been banned until 1.22.2017. Tried to submit a case review and was taken to a questionnaire about religion in
gamer tags (who makes these questions?). I answered wrong and now have to wait another 24 hours.

Someone please help for this wrongful ban!

The wrongful bans were all console bans not account bans hence you would've been unaffected. You've also got many posts on TTG asking for invites to modded Nazi Zombie lobbies and for help modding your Gears 2 achievements so I seriously doubt your "I did
nothing wrong m'lud" bit.

Your friend will need to post in the following forum for an official answer from the enforcement team but it is against the code of conduct to transfer codes in exchange for MS points.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and potentially have a ban reversed. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

this is the wrong forum we cant help you here there is a separate forum for banned accounts.

If you have a console ban then there is no option to do a case review. Your only option would be to purchase a new console and be sure not to repeat the infraction. The enforcement team website is where you go to review the reason for the ban. enforcement.xbox.com/home

If you were banned from Xbox Live then that is a gamertag ban and not an email ban. Changing the email will not help you in this case. If I am wrong and it's just the email then please post back and let us know.
