Wrongful account suspension

Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

It appears there's an issue with enforcement page/action and it appears to be showing permanent bans in place of most other bans received and there's no way to confirm this as the page itself won't let Gamers login to check.

I know it isn't ideal but what I can advise is that you hold on a few days until the issue is resolved so you can sign in and check the true status of your account on the enforcement page. Unfortunately even support cannot assist with this as they are not privy to enforcement actions.

They don't send warnings. The code of conduct/terms of service you agree to when you signed up are considered the warnings.

But they approve it then suspended for it doesn't make sense if Xbox has to verify to say its okay then to suspend me for them approving. Otherwise the picture would have not been uploaded correct. So why does the individual pay for something the company approved?

The New Agreement. States clearly "or by continuing to use the services after being notified of the change of these terms" so I ask again where was my notice? Read the new agreement fully before you respond because it clearly says after being notified.

Any reports filed against you have to be investigated,which takes time so you would of been suspended for something you did weeks ago.
