Wrongful 8 day suspension. No reasoning on appeal.

Hi All,

Just wanted to gauge your opinion on this.

I was given an 8 day suspension (including online communication privileges so I can’t speak to my friends) for an in appropriate gamerpic, which, actually isn’t inappropriate at all, it’s a picture of a fully clothed human and nothing else.

Could anyone suggest to me what within the picture breaks any terms and conditions? Also, it’s REALLY helpful for the appeal to be denied, (my guess is it wasn’t even checked by a human), the appeal response also didn’t give reason as to why it was denied. Again, helpful, cheers Xbox.

Im set to lose 8 days of service, for no reason, with no one to speak to about it as enforcement team arent contactable.

I have 4 suspensions going at the same time right now because of my gamerpicture (It's just an anime girl) which none of them have any details and I even sent an appeal in with no response yet, this is ridiculous, the picture isn't even inappropriate.

Replying to myself as no one else has. Just another thing to add on - the profile picture is SO OFFENSIVE that Xbox haven’t even removed it!!!!!!

thankyou for helping me but i have appealed and gave reasonings that i wrongfully banned and have evidence its been a day and the suspension hasn't been lifted i hope they do see that there was nothing i did wrong.

But there was no reason for the report someone has obviously reported me for a laugh and I’ve received the suspension and been denied the appeal and I’ve got to sit out a ban for 4 days even thought I did nothing wrong. Surely there’s a way to put some sort of second appeal though or someone I can talk to about it ?
