Wrong Xbox live profile

I made a Xbox live profile, the free one. Then I made a new profile on the same email, and it is gold. On my Microsoft account, it shows the free one. I now can't play my gold
account on windows 10. I am trying to remove my free account, and make my newer, better, more played on account show up.

I have tried to contact the Xbox live support, but it asks for my name. I can't select the box to enter my name. I am very mad at Microsoft's support center. Can anyone help me?

Completely 100% wrong!

Just deleted my profile off my xbox one, then downloaded my brothers profile ( as if he was the potential buyer). The two games worked perfect under his account both online and offline.

 

Wrong xbox Profile on social site

Joined Rockstar social club and it linked the wrong profile from my xbox I have tried change with no luck,only options are turn profile(wrong profile as it doesnt have xbox live active) offline and change gamer tag,how can I link the xbox profile I actually
use with xbox live?

 

The PureFunseeker thing you see. That is the devil I am trying to remove. As you can see it is terrible, AND I CANT REMOVE IT.

This is not what I meant. I get there and it tells me to enter my name. And the box I have to select does not let me select it

 

The problem is that the account showing is not the one I payed 120 dollars for.

in a normal situation it should not be possible to have to Xbox Live Account connected to one email address (Microsoft Account)

But for some reason a second xbox live account was generated, for a situation like this it's best to contact Xbox Support which in your situation is by Phone since the chat doesn't seem te be working for you.

Xbox Support should be able to check if it indeed is the case that two XBL accounts are present on one email and guide you through the steps on how to resolve it.
