    Wrong xbox account linked to my email


    Hi

    I'm trying to unlink/delete an account called DecliningRope02, no idea where it came from.

    When I am in my Microsoft account page and click on xbox profile - it takes me to this incorrect one, but the email is also different than my Microsoft account...its confusing to try to explain. But I sign in with one email, click to go to my xbox account,
    and its an account with a different email (but still one I own) and incorrect xbox profile...

    Basically I'm trying to link my actual xbox and game pass for pc account (SlicingYeti) to my EA play account, but when I do it brings up this wrong DecliningRope02!

    I'm signed in everywhere with the SlicingYeti profile, so I don't know where it gets it from, and I can't for the life of me find out how to delete this wrong account.

    well I remembered my password but it is still linked to my old email address... but the new email address is linked to the BeastlierBeef5 account ? My new email account was put in via my xbox so maybe that's where the problem lies. I now seem to have
    2 accounts. This one with the wrong email address... and the one above with my current email address but no links to my games or achievements....

    Yeah, unfortunately there is nothing we can do from our end. Be diligent with EA support and see if they can get it sorted for you.

    According to the official migration FAQ, sadly once you migrate your account is not possible to undo this process :c

    "WARNING: ONCE YOU MIGRATE YOUR ACCOUNT THIS ACTION CAN NOT BE UNDONE. ENSURE YOU ARE MIGRATING TO THE CORRECT MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BEFORE COMPLETING THE MIGRATION"

    No, ive talked to six diffrent basic people and two managers. EA customer support lacks the tools necessary to unlink EA accounts from xbox live. Been working on figuring it out for three weeks.

    We really can't do anything about your EA account. Just to clarify though, the WLID of your GT is currently correct, yes? The only error is the email address attached to your EA account, right?
